I met Rob around 3 years ago and at that time his knowledge of HR was important to me because of being a small business and not able to hire a full time HR staff member. I could see while working with Rob he not only had the expertise, but he was very easy to work with. His presentation was very relaxed, something I appreciated. Fixed My Issue With a Single Letter!

I was being threatened by a former associate with a lawsuit and really didn’t know what to do. The dollars in dispute were substantial.Mr. Nuddleman took the time to review the related correspondence between myself and the other guy and quickly came up with a number of ideas as to how to resolve the problem. He was actually able to find a place where the threatening party had actually broken the law in one of his emails to me (I wouldn’t have seen it). We decided Robert would write a letter pointing this out among other relevant points. As result of the letter Robert wrote, I’ve never heard from the other party again. The token number of hours Robert billed me for the work was just as surprising as how quickly he resolved the matter. I’ve recommended Mr. Nuddleman to 2 or 3 people since then and have yet to hear a complaint.

Excellent Employment Attorney

Robert is an excellent employment attorney that directly helped me resolve a significant back wages issue. Since it was a significant amount of money I interviewed 4 attorneys and selected Robert (the last one that I spoke to) for several reasons including — he was a straight talker, he clearly spelled out the employment law to me and the legal remedies I had available to me, plainly discussed the various alternative approaches that I could take, and let me know the upsides and downsides of each approach, and finally suggested how to maximize the upsides and minimize the downsides. Through numerous iterations with Robert on the legal documents, including him guiding me through legal steps to protect myself in case the former employer reneged on their commitments, I reached an agreement with the former employer to pay me all my back wages. In the end, all worked out fine as all back wages were paid to me over time and I believe the legal documents Robert helped to prepare were the exact leverage that I needed. Additionally, he was very responsive to my phone call and emails, and our face to face meetings were always productive. Bottom line I would highly recommend Robert as an employment attorney.

A long, long time ago (2006 time frame) Robert was the second lawyer I consulted with on an issue with possible conflict of interest. He listened intently to my story, restated it to me in his own words making me sure that he understood the issue then made suggestions on how to handle the issue. Since then, he has been our corporate lawyer and every legal agreement we enter in to gets reviewed by him first. He is very quick and thus is economical. So again, only contact him if you want a great lawyer.
